We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, with stunning beaches just a stone's throw away. We loved being able to relax by the large swimming pool, which had plenty of seating and umbrellas. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from the friendly service at breakfast to the attentive reception manager. The rooms were newly renovated and looked even better in person than in the pictures. We also enjoyed the delicious food and refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar.

We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel, with a large swimming pool and seating area surrounded by large umbrellas. The location was perfect, as it was just steps away from ferradura beach and close to other wonderful beaches and the centro. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we really enjoyed the delicious selection of poolside finger snacks and drinks.

Room wifi connection was weak and the decor felt outdated. Housekeeping could have done a better job with cleaning and restocking amenities.

Rooms need updating and there were some issues with ants. the street leading to the city is uneven and poorly lit, so it can be challenging to walk at night.

Located near Ferradura Beach and a short walk to downtown, this hotel is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle. the rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. the staff provides good service and breakfast is decent. the pool areas are nice for relaxing and offer great views of the bay.
